Located on the pristine North Shore of Lake Tahoe in the state of Nevada, Incline Village offers some of the most diverse options for living the good life, every day.
Here’s a quick overview of some of our favorite neighborhoods; for a personal tour and more information, please contact us at any time.
APOLLO – Up and away from town on its northern edge, the Apollo area offers a variety of well-established single family homes tucked in and around national forest land; many have spectacular views of Lake Tahoe.
CENTRAL – Front and center to the community, this region has the most diverse assortment of real estate and if often popular for college students and young families.
EASTERN SLOPE – Quiet and quite lovely, the East Slope of Incline Village is home to some of the region’s finest architecturally designed homes for luxury mountain living. Most of the homes have sprawling views of Lake Tahoe and overflow with the afternoon sun.
GOLF COURSE – Idyllically located on or near the links, this section of town provides a variety of high end homes to up-scale condominiums that enjoy the close-by benefits of living near the Incline Village Championship Golf Course or Incline Village Mountain Golf Course.
JENNIFER – Up and away from town yet close enough to be convenient, the Jennifer area offers a wide variety of homes tucked in and around a healthy forest environment. Many have views of the lake.
LAKEFRONT – Well known for some of the wealthiest streets in America, the estates that line the northern edge of Incline Village are without question, some of the finest in the country.
LAKEVIEW – On the west side of town is the Lakeview community that is primarily comprised of good-sized family homes. Some streets are in the lower elevation in-between the forested region; many wrap up and around the higher elevation and enjoy some nice lake views.
MILL CREEK – As the community’s first true residential area, Mill Creek still retains its popularity for year-round residency. Its low elevation, close proximity to town and the beaches, and neighborly atmosphere makes this section of town a great spot for a true ‘home sweet home”.
PONDEROSA – Just a stone’s throw south of Diamond Peak, and just above State Route 28, the Ponderosa area has become a real local neighborhood for families who seek convenience and lower-end home options.
THE WOODS – This low elevation neighborhood is another favorite for families and singles as well. Its close-by location to town, Preston Field, and other recreation areas makes this a nice spot for those who seek a convenient option at a good value.
SKI WAY – As the name implies, this section of town can’t get any closer to the slopes of Diamond Peak. As such, it’s a popular spot for its classic Alpine and Tyrolean designed chalets and well-appointed condominiums.
TYNER – LOWER & UPPER – For those who seek scenes of the Sierra sunrise and sunsets over Lake Tahoe, this is the place to call home. For those who seek peace and quiet, the Upper Tyner area in particular is one of the area’s most serene.
